Located on a small plot its form responds to the constraints of the site and zoning regulations. Due to the regulation setback the main facade on the ground floor has only two columns connected on second story offering support for above floors and extended slabs creating shape of the building. The facade is fully glazed which opens up the building to the light and offers views from each story.
