Located at one of the oldest bazaars in Kosovo known as Çarshia e Madhe. Called Çarshia e Jupave, it is a small version of market connecting two main streets of bazaar. The aim of the project was to be seamlessly incorporate to the reconstructed bazaar destroyed during the war in Kosovo. Part of the project was also reconstruction of Kulla - traditional Albanian stone tower.  All the work and materials used in exterior and interior was done with local materials and craftsmanship preserving details from surrounding old market. Continuing tradition with hospitality the  Hotel, restaurants and winery within the complex have truly become one of must visit places in the city.
